Alkagesta publishes 1H 2026 performance update with FY 2025 annual report
The trading group reports expansion into crude oil, a scaling Singapore marine fuels business and progress on its European Jet A1 distribution platform.

Alkagesta has published its 1H 2026 Performance Update, covering commercial activity, strategic developments and operational progress across the group's core commodities portfolio through the first half of the year. The update was released on 14 August 2026 alongside the FY 2025 annual report.
The company said geopolitical tensions created significant volatility and supply-chain disruption across energy and agricultural markets during the period, and that it maintained product availability for customers through disciplined sourcing, logistics and risk management.
In energy and fuels, the group said it supported continuity of supply across transportation, marine, aviation and utility fuels in Europe and Asia. In fertilizers, it reported continuing to secure and deliver product through a period of sustained market pressure, supporting agricultural supply chains.
Jet distribution activity ramped up during the half, with the company progressing its European Jet A1 distribution platform following NATO agency approval and access to NATO pipeline infrastructure, and commencing deliveries into the European market. Alkagesta also expanded into crude oil trading, executing two Suezmax cargoes as part of a controlled build-out of the new business line.
Singapore marine fuels distribution continued to scale, with the company citing a sales run-rate of approximately 200,000 to 250,000 tonnes per month. All figures and statements above are as reported by the company; the full performance update and annual report are linked below.
