Four New VINGA Product Tankers Ordered by Nordic and Canadian Owners
A consortium of shipowners from Sweden, Norway, and Canada has contracted four VINGA product tankers for delivery across 2028 and 2029.

A group of four shipowners based across Sweden, Norway, and Canada has placed orders for four new VINGA product tankers. The contracted newbuildings are scheduled for delivery in 2028 and 2029.
The new order expands the Furetank-developed tanker series to a total of 26 vessels. The platform has seen continued adoption by international operators in recent fleet renewal programmes.
Two of the four newly ordered tankers will be owned by FureBear, an operating joint venture. Ownership details for the remaining two vessels were not fully disclosed in the initial announcement.
