Clean fuels developer Emvolon has concluded two major commercial pacts with merchant trader Freepoint Commodities. The arrangement positions Freepoint as both the primary off-taker and an essential funding partner for Emvolon's international project pipeline.

Central to the tie-up is a seven-year commodity purchase framework valued at $450 million. Under this mechanism, Freepoint will buy biomethanol and associated liquid fuels manufactured across Emvolon's production facilities.

Supply volumes are projected to reach 300,000 metric tonnes per year as the producer expands its asset base. These volumes will be integrated directly into Freepoint's worldwide physical logistics and marketing network.
