In the European bunker hub of Rotterdam, B30-VLSFO blended with palm oil mill effluent methyl ester (POMEME) traded unchanged over the past week. The steady price level persisted despite a $40 per metric tonne increase in the Dutch port's conventional bunker fuel prices across the identical timeframe.

Conversely, Rotterdam's B30-LSMGO POMEME blend climbed by $38 per metric tonne week-on-week. This upward adjustment was supported by a $100 per metric tonne surge in conventional low-sulphur marine gasoil values at the port.

Underlying barge assessments for both POMEME and used cooking oil methyl ester (UCOME) were tracked by market intelligence firm Prima.
