A coalition of key OPEC+ nations is poised to maintain its existing crude output policy for October following an upcoming virtual session. Representatives from seven member nations, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Iraq, are scheduled to convene online at 11:00 GMT on Sunday to review market conditions.

The participating core group also includes Kuwait, Algeria, Kazakhstan, and Oman. Throughout much of 2026, these seven producers have progressively raised their monthly output limits following earlier restrictions.

The September adjustments completed a phased reversal of 1.65 million barrels per day in supply curbs originally established in 2023. Delegations will assess broader market disruptions and production performance as they evaluate forward supply settings.
