Singapore Fuel Oil Inventories Remain Stable in August
Official data indicates Singapore residual fuel oil reserves held largely steady in August, while middle distillate volumes contracted.

Average residual fuel oil inventories in Singapore experienced minimal variation during August compared to the prior month. Figures released by Enterprise Singapore indicate that heavy fuel reserves remained essentially flat across the reporting period.
Monthly average residual fuel oil stockpiles registered a modest rise of 10,000 barrels, bringing total holdings to 18.99 million barrels. This slight adjustment kept overall bunker and heavy fuel balances stable between July and August.
In contrast, regional middle distillate reserves experienced a more noticeable decline over the same timeline. Monthly average inventories for middle distillates fell by 470,000 barrels to settle at 8.19 million barrels.
